think it was in 1997 in Tiger Stadium, although they could have done it in another stadium as well.
??? Player's involved??? Who we were playing at the time it occured??? Was it Notre Dame??? I was thinking that it was that game cause I was there. I was in row HH of west upper with my best friend and his dad...We were icesickles by halftime...Coldest game I have ever attended in Tiger Stadium. I was only 15 though, so couldn't remember if the HB pass was run. So glad we came back and beat those figs in the Independence bowl after they squeeked it out against us at home

Well, he may can claim some sort of "squatter's rights" to it but one thing is not up for arguement and that is it was used against him, on national tv and helped whip his butt!

If I'm not mistaken his ears are actually getting even larger as he gets older if that's at all possible.
The cartilage in your nose and ears is one of the few (if not only) body tissues that continue to grow as you age (insert joke here). So yes, Tubby's ear are growing, as are your's and mine. His, however, have a huge fricking head start on the rest of us.

Tubby stole that blowing leads thing from Curley Hallman.

I think there has been at least one since then. I distinctly remember Harvey Williams throwing one at home. It was towards the NEZ as he was rolling to the east sideline. I don't remember the year, maybe 90, or who was on the other end of it.
ETA: Oops, I just read the Faulk post.

Didn't LSU score the first TD of the 86(87?) Sugar Bowl against Nebraska with a half-back pass?

I was just thinking about that earlier...can anyone tell me the last time LSU ran the half-back pass before the KW to Byrd hookup last Saturday...I have picked my brain and can't remember
Early doucet completed one last season.
Blain Bech completed one in 2003.
Michael Clayton unsuccessfully tried two that year.

It seems Gary James or Dalton Hilliard threw a half back pass at one time or another
