didn't app st. put the score of the michigan game on their championship ring, pretty sad if u ask me.

Actually, I'm originally from Metairie, and I know exactly where you're referring to. I just never heard it called that. And yes, it is a really nice area for people to come for outdoor activities.
I went to a few Sugar Bowl games in the old stadium (LSU-Syracuse, LSU-Wyoming), but that was many years ago.
