Add to all of this the play where he berated a true freshman for missing one of HIS passes right on the field. prima dona

At least JJ didn't line up under his guard

And Lee was able to pass for almost twice JJ's average...in half a game!

Wide receiver Russell Shepard said both are great quarterbacks but have different personalities.

Shepard said Jefferson stays calm even in critical situations, and added that Lee constantly talks, tell the players "good job" if they did something well or gets on them when they drop a pass.
"He likes to pep you up," Shepard said. "Lee is someone that is going to constantly pep you up and be a general on the field."

I agree with him. Jarrett Lee should be given an entire game to see if he can pass for over 100 yards.

Well he passed for 185 in 5 series.

the 2 qb system that is. thoughts?

Only effective with two QB's that perform different functions. The haphazard shite we saw last Saturday, will do more to hurt than help, imo.

stapuff. he is , at the very least, blaming his piss pore performance on the rotation. your emotional response shows u are an apologist and your explicit denial without accusation confirms it

This is why Lee didnt transfer. I bet being inside watching JJ, he knew his time was coming.

Props to him for being patient. Now he just needs to show what he can do...

i think so too...

I still believe in the old adage that if you have two quarterbacks, you don't have a quarterback.

It is indisputable that the offense moves better with Lee. I think the WR's want him to play more in the worst way.

yes sir...

but i think if you give lee the time...he could be our quarterback...and a good one...

whatever...we saw the complete opposite last saturday...i love shep but he's just saying what he's suppose to say..

JJ is like a duck...above the water he looks calm but underneath the surface those feet are just a churning a mile a minute...

and I bet he didnt look calm sat...

I don't want to bash the kid, I really don't. I know he wants the team to be successful.

But I believe for the first time since he was made the starting QB he is feeling the pressure of actually being replaced as the primary QB, and doesn't know how to handle it.

I don't believe how anyone- with the possible exception of Ronnie Milsap- couldn't see a world of difference in the play of our two QBs against Tennessee.....

Does a deer in the headlights look calm or terrified? I'm seeing more of the deer in the headlights look from JJ.

If Mile starts and plays JJ for significant time...and he sucks (as we all know he will). And the tigers lose...

Miles may be better off staying in Gainesville.

No he isnt... I live 90min from G-ville.. Will be at the game.. If your scenario rings thru.. Miles will be left in Alligator Alley
