I visit the Monroe area frequently for work. I've always said the Monroe/Ruston area had some of the best looking women per capita of any area in the state.

I worked at Chelsea's from 91-94, and between our waitresses and our customers there were always hot women in there.... Sals had the hotties too but the northside girls werent as easy as the ones at the EndZone or Siesta

In 2007 I stayed with family in Monroe and studied 2 weeks for boards in ULM's new library. I was shocked at the talent I saw around their campus.
ULM did have an abundant supply of hot chicks when I was there.
