Jim Rockford, I think you have to have enough SEC teams qualify for Bowl games and like last year, I dont think we have enought SEC teams qualifying. The list of Bowls still show the Independence Bowl tied to the jSEC but as stated we dont have enough teams qualified.

To be fair, LA Tech was "promised" a spot in another bowl, can't remember which it was, maybe Music City Bowl, declined the Indy bowl offer, then got stood up. They were kicking themselves in the arse while sitting home watching TV during the Christmas holidays.
