Urban Meyer

Probably the only coach in the country who can talk shite and get away with it. And for the most part, back it up.

There's absolutely no point to say something like this. It won't affect the players at all... this will already be the most hyped game of the season for us and frankly, any bulletin-board material will distract the players more than it will motivate them.

He's sure going to piss off the fans though. Didn't Mark Richt say something to the same effect last year?

it gets quiet because we're too busy discussing which coaches should be fired, and which players should be kicked off the team immediately after the game...which is important stuff

I can't beleive there is no mention of him crying in the locker room after his loss to us in 2005.

Obviously, he's just trying to create a little more hype for the game, but the dude has no class. At least Tebow has some sort of class.

I hope Gator Nation is ready to see this on the tenth. I think we should provide kleenex for all gator friends, players, and coaches on Oct. 10th. Its not fun to cry alone.

It's a challenge to LSU fans - remember what happened to Tebow when he challenged LSU fans? He lost. It's done! Urban's an arse of the highest magnitude!!

the Auburn game was much worse than the Florida game. when Auburn dragged their nuts all over us in the first half, you could hear a pin drop

With the length of time it takes to play a football game being televised, it is impossible to keep the stadium loud for well over three hours. Tiger Stadium, however, still gets very loud throughout games during important situations. I don't specifically remember the first half of the Auburn game but I do remember that 4th quarter was one of the loudest most electric atmospheres I have ever witnessed in a stadium and I have been to about 100 college football games.

Every stadium in the country quiets down if the vistors jump out early. That doesnt take away the fact that Tiger Stadium is known world wide as being the most hostile place for a visiting team. The fact that Meyer make this statement in the first place proves that.

exactly, anybody going out of there way to criticize a stadium knows that it is notable and worth the attention. It's just mind games early from Cryer.

The reason it is so quiet when LSU gets down is because half the stadium is then empty.

bulletin board?

why

It is true

LSU fans suck if you even go down a TD early

LSU fans only stay loud in the 1st quarter and at crucial times in the 4th

The swamp is 5x better than TS
