is fun.
J/J. As an ex-LSU fan, I was shocked by that demonstration of suck last night. I may come back to the fold if Les does the right thing and finds a REAL DC. Those 2 guys run a loose, unorganized ship.
I will, however, give you guys a good 3rd party point of view on things.

On the subject of our dline playing contain, wasn't this entire board infuriated last year against Arkansas when our dline did not contain and continually rushed up hill? Florida had immense speed clicking together last night that would have burned us if we would have rushed heavily up field. This is what I am saying. There is no definite fix. It's just like the presidential race. Both candidates promise all of these fixes, but if the problem was so simple, don't you think it would already be fixed.

our DL played read and react against arky also b/c arky was going to run option
anytime a team threatens the option, our DL is coached to play read-and-react

Ok well was florida not playing a read option with Tebow the majority of the night last night? Is it really just too much to admit that we were outmatched last night, but in the crazy world of college football, the tables can turn at any moment?

and was our DL strategy once against not effective against the option last night?

UF had the 47th ranked offense in CFB coming into the game last night
LSU was their best offensive performance this year, which includes a game against Hawaii and Arkansas

I understand what the numbers say, but anyone with two eyes know that UF's offense has not being playing up to their talent level regardless of the opponent. They also have the best offense in the SEC, but you nonchalantly seem to leave this out. National rankings are strictly due to where you play. You do not have the answer to the questions I'm asking, because if you did, you would be coaching and not constantly on a message board. Miles and company get paid a considerable amount of money to do their job for a reason. You don't. Face the facts and give up the finger pointing. Move on to the next game and enjoy the times.

What the hell are you people doing? Are you really trying to rationalize and force fans to accept the arse whipping that we took last night?
Get real.
I do NOT accept that poor showing. After having two weeks to prepare for a team, we all expected an entirely different outcome. LSU has many athletes that compare to Florida's athletes. Do NOT try to justify McCray playing man against Harvin. That is simply poor play calling, PERIOD. As pointed out by SFP, we are getting by on talent alone and just barely. Our coaches need to take a hard look in the mirror.

"everyone" is not the correct word. Some on this board flip out, not everyone.
