I use "victims" because there is absolutely no way to know who the hell are the victims in this situation. I did not put it in quotes in the thread title. Either way, at this moment there are only alleged victims and alleged suspects. Both groups have provided witnesses that use those terms interchangeably.

plus jefferson wasn't even there, prolly those "victims" didn't even get the other "3 assailants" right so i hope these so called victims show their faces in this case of mistaken identity. they probably just named the first 4 players' names they heard about after the ruckus as the attackers. those "victims," they're obviously tough when they're rolling 4 deep but not now when the internet is demanding that they show their punk asses to random positards.

Lowery swings at someone and make contact he is the aggressor. So if the player he hit is seriously injured then Lowery get charged. Now the fact that he get more than he can handle and looses the fight makes the player defending himself guilty of battery? If this is right then the law is really messed up. Thats why you need a DA with common sense to sort this out and see what a crock of shite this all is. Why cant the players involved press charges against the guy.

the whole case is fricked up. we have our own rantards, and other sec fanbases can't figure out if there were 2 marine victims or one or if 15 or 20 football players ganged up on 2 guys or 4. then we have 2 or 3 stories get pulled in the media and replaced with opposite stories/conclusions making the cops and media alike look keystone-esque.

Right. According to the Shady's bouncer, Lowery threw the first punch that resulted in his beat down.
So, obviously this is how it went down:
1.) Lowery causes a ruckus inside the bar and JJ is observing at this point.
2) Lowery gets kicked out of the bar.
3) The LSU football players teleport outside and are now blocking the exit.
4) lowery takes a swing at JJ and gets beat down.
5) The guy in the truck is trying to leave and honks at the crowd.
6) guy in truck activates time machine, travels back in time and gets beat down.
7) time traveler dude in truck gets rescued by the lowery that hasn't yet been beat down.
8) lowery once again gets beat down and steps 5 through 8 get repeated again in an infinite loop.

Hey, I'll be the first to say that those that are guilty (regardless if they are victims or LSU players) they should be dealt with accordingly.
I have more of a problem with our fanbase eating our own due to their affinity to certain coaches. A coach is just a means to an end. I want LSU to do well. If the hobo on the corner could coach them up to BCS bowls I'd support him. You don't see the gumps or barners eating their own. (i need to shower after complementing them)

Send an email to big Les and hopefully he will explain it all for you and all will be well in your life. Unfortunately this case isn't being managed in a Miles like fashion.
