What’s tougher: 100 straight home games or 100 straight overall games (h/a/bowl)?

Come on, I would love to go to all of them. But you're talking $$$$$$$, time off work, etc. I've gone to at least 1 road/bowl game every year during my run, some years I've made 2. But money dictates that. I'll make Auburn (4th time) and South Carolina (1st time) this year. And SECCG if we make it, but see how I have them spaced out?

I wasn't planning on going to the game, but had just convinced my wife to throw a party for the game. Before i could pick up the phone to call people my wife got a phone call saying that my lil douchebag brother is baptising his son, my godchild, Saturday after 4pm mass. I blew up and said screw this he will have to find another godparent, i aint missing this frickin game. I had my mom nearly in tears. Anyone know how i could hide an earpiece during mass and a baptism?

Can't help you now, but I can help you for the future. Answer this question for me, when did you find this out?

In Sept. of 1987, I had a heart attack on the Thursday before LSU's game against Rice. As I was taken out of the Dr's office to ICU on an ambulance gurney, I lifted my head and asked the Doc if I would be out of the hospital by Saturday...he asked why? and I replied, We have a game against Rice that night...I wasn't out of ICU but my husband did sneak in a radio and I listened to the game at the very least... a heart attack might keep me from the game.

The money’s not that bad… and I rarely take time off work and I work a regular 7-5 job.

they won't be able to see the earpiece if you're at the game, just sayin...

In this case you have to have the gumption to say no. This is unacceptable. Not enough notice was given. You already have big plans at that time. It must be pushed back until next weekend. Etc., etc., etc. But see, you have apparently already let these things happen in the past. You must make that stand and set a precedence. You say no, no, no right now. Make a big fuss. Have family mad at you (they will get over it). And next time, they'll check that calendar before they commit you to something during an LSU game.

Last LSU football game I didn’t attend was Houston in 1999.

i was asked to go to Beaver Creek, CO for 8 days on an all expense paid trip. the house slept 18 people, had 7, 60'' flat screens ad one outdoors by the the 10 person jacuzzi. The house was 7500 square feet and was $12,000 to rent for the time they had it. Snow Skis, Food, and Liquor provided. In fact the house was stocked before we would get there.
I elected to sleep on the floor of a hotel room in new orleans for 3 nights and four days with 12 other tiger fans in January during LSU's National Championship. No regrets
and oh yea, i have never been skiing and still havent.
