hyperbole doesn't really help your already pathetic argument here.
Yeah, I stand by what I said. Lots of teams (including in the SEC) have wildcat packages. It's not exactly a surprise.
And there's really only 2 things Williams was gonna do. Hand it off or run it himself.
If you honestly consider that a "trick play" in 2017, you haven't been paying attention.

+1. However, the thing that impressed me the most that we played competitively for 4 qtrs w a drop back QB who cannot run. Hurts was the difference w his legs. LSU needs a mobile QB to have any chance of beating Ala. ever again.

Sorry for not be satisfied with digging ourselves out of a self dug hole and being satisfied that we covered a 3 TD spread and were not in the game at all after the first quarter.

So naturally, you crash this thread that has nothing to do with any of your problems.

im still baffled that we've had one decent quarterback since the end of the 2007 season
Thank God, the cause of that issue is history.

Though Mettenburger played lights out against Bama in 2012 and we choked it away with some coaching decisions.
It's hard to believe that JJ helped beat them in 2010 (with a nice pass from Lee to secure it) and 2011, and had he and Charles Scott not got injured in 2009 (along with Patrick Petersongate), we might've won that one too because we had a lead in the 4th quarter over there.

Did Hamilton and Burr play in this game?
