It isn't scalping if it doesn't involve an amount over face value.
If one of the bicycle dudes buys a ticket for $10 and sells it for $40 or $50, it isn't illegal. It isn't scalping. It's reselling which is not illegal.

Remember how high the demand was in the beginning for Alabama? I got 2 tickets free and 2 for $40 each.
You should be able to get tickets for face or less. Just go hang out on the corner of Skip and Nicholson an hour an hour and a half before the game AND buy from an LSU fan not the "I Need Tickets" dudes.
