Most "personally" emotional LSU moment for me happened at the end of the Ole Miss 2008 game.
My son was diagnosed with Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy at age 2 and lost the ability to walk in 07. I have taken him to the final LSU home game of the season for the past 6 years.
That year I wanted to do something special for him. I emailed Verge Ausberry Jr., my wife used to teach for his father in New Iberia. He agreed to give him a private tour of the football operations center. Additionally a family friend told Randall Gay about my son and he personally got the entire LSU football team to autograph a football for my son.
So I surprised him with the football and then we got an awesome tour of the operations center. The equipment guys hooked us up with pull overs and sweats. The video guy gave us DVDs of the 07 season, it was all pretty overwhelming. Everywhere we went people treated us like VIPs it was pretty special. We saw the locker rooms, meeting rooms, weight room, and watched the band on the indoor practice field.
Well after all that, we spent the rest of the day enjoying a pretty awesome tailgate. We then watched the band come down the hilland went in TS early and watched the team warm up from field level seats in the NEZ (the handicapped section.)
Then Ole Miss proceeded to destroy LSU. It was a terrible game.
Well me and about 92,000 other fans are walking out all pissed about the loss. My son grabbed me by the hand, gave it a little squeeze and looked me in eye and said "Dad, thanks for the greatest day of my life."
Yeah that is pretty much my most emotional LSU moment...Ole Miss 2008, crazy, huh?

probably after the 2007 loss to Arkansas. Left my friends house without saying bye (actually left my dad there by accident) and came home and laid on the floor for a bit crushed because a two point loss to Arkansas just took us out of the championship.

The Earthquake Game. LSU 7, Auburn 6 in 1988.
Hodson to Fuller with 1:41 left!!!!
Up to that point, there was a feeling that we could never score on those guys, and then- the offense got up off the canvas, and had what remains the best game-winning drive I have ever witnessed. I feel lucky to have been there- even if I was in the South End Zone (they scored in the North)....

Anthony Wilson's last second shot against Memphis State in the NCAA Basketball Regionals. I was at the game...and I still get chills when I see the highlights.

Probably the 2003 screen pass to Fason up the middle to seal the win for Ron Zook and the Gators in Tiger Stadium. The '97 loss was pretty emotional also.

I didn't see it so I could not put it as one of my fav's...but if you saw it or were there...how could it not be?
If you ever have a bad day...just watch this clip. I love seeing the KY Fans trying to tear down the goal posts after a loss :)

I'll always remember my moment, but it pales in comparison to yours, Sir. You are a great father...

Touching story.

Mine was 2007 BCS NC game. As many of you know, my Mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer in May of 2004. She went into remission at the end of 2004 only for the cancer to come back at the beginning of 2007. I got tickets for the BCS NC game and called my Mom while I was there. It was emotional because my Mom was still sick and could not be there. I was there with my Dad, brother, stepbrother, mt1 and his wife. She passed away in May of 2008.

Negative
1994 Auburn (Jamie Howard): I stopped yelling for a minute and realized that I could hear the guy across the street yelling in his house…
2008 Florida: My Dad passed away a few hours before kickoff. LSU/Florida will always be a little sad for me.
Positive
The first four notes of pre-game anytime I am in the stadium always send chills up my spine.
2003 NC: Watching the punt roll to a stop and time run out and soaking in that we had just won the National Championship.
1982 Florida State: Winner would go to the Orange Bowl. Watching the oranges rain onto the field and then later watching the fog roll down the south west corner of the stands completely obliterating the FSU visiting fans.
December 1, 2007: The whole day from Kirk Herbstreit’s announcement that Miles was leaving to Brad Edward’s (ESPN BCS Expert) announcement that LSU would jump over everyone and play for the NC.

mine is 4 in 1 weekend? in 2003 after being in New Orleans for 2 days watching & listening to arrogant OU fans walk & talk as if the game was already over... Walking to my seat b4 the game, our fans were going insane in the food area gave me chills you could feel the intensity! then when JV broke out the Superdome went CRAZY! Then OU's fans were going crazy singing their "ooooo u" song when Lionell Turner got that INT!!! LSU went wild!!! But do you all remember the OU fans after the game? Their faces, the hurt the shock, they looked like a town who got hit by a F5 tornado with no warning! That tops all of it! a close 5th is watching this OSU fan talk noise then get his but WHIPPED by an much smaller LSU fan. lol, he had 4 friends right there watching the whole time, the LSU fan was with his wife! haha

The kick off of the NCG in 2004 against OU. I could not believe we were playing the big game. I started to hyperventilate.

Best-walking out of the superdome after the 03 NC. Felt like every emotion I have ever felt in my life happening all at once.
Worst-the Auburn/Jamie Howard interception debacle.

Bsketball beating Kentucky in the 70s after all starters fouled out and 1978 when we won our firt Conf champ in 25 years when they let the banner down. Maybe beating Bama for the first time in many years after Bear kicke dout but.
