nothing's easy. if we are who we thought we were, we should take care of business. nobody's talking about fla. as a title contender. they talk about us.

Florida is a tough read because last year at this time everyone was talking about how good they were. I feel like they have improved a great deal though. They have found their QB in Driskel so a lot of their offensive woes from last year are gone. Defensively, they are more experienced and that is crucial.

This will be a tough game for LSU.

knee jerk reaction by some fans and majority of the media. THe last thing everyone saw of these two teams was 38-0 win for FLorida 12-10 win for LSU. Therefore there is a bias towards that most recent memory.

If people look closer, they would see the reason Florida was able to comeback against the 2 average teams they played in the SEC and blow out the worst team in the SEC, is that they ran the ball very effectively. They had around or over the 200 yd rushing mark on those 3 opponents. Against Tenn they over 300 if I remember correctly. Florida's offensive success relies on them to have a successful running game. Driskell isn't lighting the secondaries up. He is throwing the saem throws Mett does and lets Gillislee and Burton run. FLorida won't run well against LSU's defense which means Florida will be in trouble.

Also, that Auburn game was probably the perfect storm of bad crap to happen to LSU on the road. 6 personal foul penalties (some legit, some not) and turnovers. Hell, even WIng shanked a punt. The odds of LSU doing all that again in a game this year are very slim.

Lastly, the players hear and read all the crap ESPN, Luginbill, Danielson, Staples, etc. says about them. A pissed off LSU team with something to prove is not what Florida wants to see on the 6th.

We barely squeaked by an Auburn team that should have lost by double digits to ULM..

Florida has looked solid in their games..

We win by 30..go figure, its the CLM way brother..

Crap not good! In most game it is the score that determines the game. I guess this one finishes something like 2-1!

Florida has looked like a solid team so far this year. And its never easy winning at The Swamp, just look at 2010. We needed a wild fake field goal in the final minute to pull out a crazy win.

Also, you can't forget that Florida has a bye this week. Having two weeks to prepare, we will definitely get their best shot. Great chance for the Tigers to show how good they really are.

Turnovers will decide this game...and I like our ball protection a hell of a lot better than yalls.

Actually, that only applies if you assume a repeat, and it is more likely that the strong emphasis on ball protection post-Auburn will be more than that emphasis on the Florida team, so it might work the other way around.

It's at the swamp and they are a good team and we have looked meh and we lost not of our top RB for the year. Other than that we will crush this team.

I dont think their D is better than ours, but they are good. Driscoll played well against the Vols...better than just decent performance

They are the best team we have faced all year, and with the performance against Auburn it could be SOMETHING to worry about..

Driskell is legit. They are fast on defense. Jenkins will be back for our game.

It isn't going to be easy. We can't come out flat like we did against The Barn. I'm glad as hell it's a day game...no way I want to face that team and a pumped up crowd at night in the Swamp.
