I wonder where this guy from OSU was at after we won a NC?

I guess we have different definitions of soon.

Yeah, a decade later after 1 National Title and another runner-up we are going to look at some Oklahoma State fan comments? Come on. Miles was spectacular his first 6 years.

I really enjoyed the several years in the beginning, but the last 3 or 4 years were really hard to deal with. That's what people are saying. Stop taking up for him. We took the good and the bad. We got tired of the bad and fired him. He got paid about $50 million from us. His $50 mil will take care of him. He is a a great guy but not as good of a coach any longer. That's why they fired him.

Except we had successes and won some titles.
You don't think our fans know we had some success and some titles????? The smart investor knows when to buy and when to sell. We knew how to buy but couldn't sell in time while he had some people wanting him. I enjoyed the wins, and really hated the last few years when it was falling apart and he refused to change. If you can't see that, you're a dumbass..........

That's about as vague as a Nostradamus prophecy.

They have more wins than when miles was there

You're fricking stupid. That was the Oregon article about Crowton you are thinking of.
That comment wouldn't even fricking make sense about Miles at OSU.
They were 4-7 in his first year, then steadily improved to 8-5 (Big 12 Coach of Year), 9-4, then 7-5 before coming to BR.
The revisionist history among our fans is so annoying. No one knows what the frick they are talking about 95% of the time.

Im not taking up for Miles at all. To try and justify some sour arse Okie St comments about Miles being mediocre, after he was Top 3 in the country for 6 years is stupid.

Hey Voodoo, I'm just telling you what the basis of the comment was. I don't give a crap if you spend 10 years of your life searching for something on the internet to give some exact answer. The answer was to someone who was looking for what the OK ST people were saying. I'm not saying they know everything about Miles or not. I'm saying that the beginning was fun, the end was sour. What else do you need to know hotshot?

So true. LSU has won 3 in its history. Miles has one of those. LSU has had 1 undefeated season in my lifetime. Les miles. Historic levels of failure

Certainly 5 out of the first 7 were spectacular. An entire career of accomplishment for 90% of the coaches out there.

Dude... I would bet any amount of money you're talking about this:
LINK
Written by a BYU fan about Gary Crowton when we hired him as OC. Like you state in your post, it was spot on.

You didn't answer the question.

Same with Saban.
Remember the empty plane story?
Sour grapes.
Don't be that guy.

I remember something like that about Crowton, but not Miles.
