I hope to play Vandy in the SEC CG

It'll be either Georgia or Florida though.

Vandy will be lucky to win another game this year, now (with the exception of Duke).

What in the world thinks that if you guys to play us again, that anything would be different?

Your QB would have more experience.

Your coaches will have a lot more tape to scheme against our offense.

On a semi neutral field.

All those are true for sure, but that doesn't change the fact that we DOMINATED you in the trenches. Your front 4 got man handled by our offensive line all game. Your secondary got beat a few times (like I predicted last week). Your coaches were ridiculously unprepared for this game....after a bye week too.

Call it what you want but I saw a game that looked like men vs. boys saturday night.

Well if we win the west and florida wins the east we don't have much choice. If you're on the schedule, you're the next obstacle and LSU will do everything in their power to prepare to win.

We can either come back, and split the season series 1-1 like we did against Tenn in 2001....or be like UGA in our 2003 year and get smacked again.

LSU still had a shot late into the third, pick 6's didn't help but I think LSU can play a little better if we get another shot.

does anyone really think that florida is that much better than lsu. LSU just got off to a slow start and things snowballed. things could be different if they played again next week. i think the main factor in the game was that florida wanted it more than LSU. i think if they play again LSU would want it more.

Gators don't want any part of LSU. They will be rooting for BAMA to keep winning.

Ummm....if UF is overrated AFTER hanging 50+ on the number 4 team in the Nation- I think the Overrated shingle needs to be hung on the front door if LSU and not UF

But more to the subject- I don't want UF to play LSU in Atlanta- UF would have to win by more then 30 to put a stamp on the season....too much pressure

Gator fans hoping for a shot at the BCS NC will be rooting for Bama the rest of the season.

If you do you're a fool. LSU's defense is not built or designed to be able to consistently beat a Florida style offense.

I would like to see a rematch. Who doesn't? I mean, who wants 51-21 stuck in their head all offseason. I'm sure we'll play with a little more urgency next time and Im sure the game will be much closer. Time will tell, but that beating makes me definitely want to run the table to be sure to get the the SECCG, and I hope Florida is there too.

And you think that if we played again this year that it would be the same way? Dont get me wrong if UF plays like they did saturday night I dont think anyone can beat them, but as great as they played we played just as bad.

Florida is also capable of the way they played against Ole Miss. LSU has had some defensive issues - some dating back to last season and on clear display all of this year - but there is plenty of talent. We also have a young QB who won't be nearly as inexperienced in December. Folks are getting too hung up on the score in a game that spun out of control.
