I cannot stand people who think they know what they are talking about when actually they have no idea.

How does an interception being returned for a touchdown make a QB less accurate than if he were to just throw an INT not returned for a touchdown. Lee is much more accurate than Jefferson.

Wow, I tried hard to stay out of the JJ vs JL debate this weekend but I keep getting pulled back in because I read some of the insane things being said.

JLee accurate? Seriously?!?! More accurate than JJ? Hmmm?

Ok lets look at the stats as a certain poster here would say

Jarret Lee.....16 interceptions, 7 of them RARE pick sixes.

JJ..........1 interception

Lee.......269 passing attempts. So basically for every 16.8, lets say 17 passes, he throws......interception.

JJ........48 passing attempts.........only 1 interception. Easy to do the math here......48.

JJ 48......Jlee 17. Who's more accurate again?

All that useless math.

JL- 53% pass completion

JJ- 41% pass completion

Thats a 12% difference for Gods sake. Quit coming up with these crazy useless stats and state facts.

interceptions can still be accurate passes...several of his were right on the money but he failed to read the safety or linebacker.

How would you rate the speed of the Hiesman Trophy winner and probable first QB selected in the NFL Draft?

Useless math for you = DENIAL. Im sorry what exactly did I say that was NOT FACT????? Show me one thing in my post that was NOT FACT??

But hey, lets look at YOUR favorite numbers:

JL 53%

JJ 41%

Me out back throwing one pass and completing it to a kid accross the street.......1-1.....100%

Guess that makes me the greatest qb of all time. Make sure you get my heisman and hall fame spot ready.

The fact of the matter is JL's percentage is higher because he got to throw and complete more passes than JJ did. You cant compare when JJ has so fewer attempts than Lee. Lee has had 8 1/2 games to run the offense himself vs JJ's 1 1/2

If my stats are useless then so are yours. If yours is relevant then so are mine. You cant cherry pic in order to make your point. We all can do that.

Except Jarrett Lee, who did not get better with experience this season.

Biggest load of BS floating on the Rant. JLees best game was against Troy. troy was the last complete game he played in.

The reason JLee struggled late was that he played against more quality opponents. His last 7 games included 6 bowl teams.

JJ lost against the only non-bowl SEC team he started against.

Honestly, I have no idea what quarterback you've been watching this whole season.

You do realize JJ led us to the only loss of a non-bowl team we played, right?

JLee wins include bowl-bound SC, Troy, and playoff team App St. He played #1Bama to OT, even with 4 ints. A yr earlier Flynn had 3 ints against a 6-6 Bama squad, which means JLee didn't do much worse than a current NFL QB.

So I'm not sure what team you've been watching.

JLees losses cames against 4 bowl teams, all in the Top 25. JJs against #78 ranked Ark. Sorry, but quality of opponent does make a difference in how a QB looks.

If JLee is healthy, he goes into the Ark game and wins it.

JLee threw pick-6 against Troy and Tulane, late in the year.

All season long, everyone was saying that with merely "average" QB play, LSU would have been a much better team, and wouldve beaten Bama by two TDs. Now that we havent actually seen Lee play in a few weeks, people are forgetting how bad he was.

i guess somebody else was playing quarterback for the first 3 quarters of that game? that mustve been somebody else that purposely threw the ball into the first row of the stands on that 4th down play in the 3rd quarter, right?

hey doofus, he's not perfect. No one is. Theres not another QB on the roster that could put up 30 points in one qtr. Especially with the weak-arse defense we had this yr.

And of course you forgot about the 4, mostly 3-and-out series JJ led in the 1st half of that game. Same game, same team. Different results

LSU Tigers at 4:00
1-10-LSU46 (4:00) Keiland Williams lost 6 yards.
3-6-50 (2:47) Jordan Jefferson passed incomplete.
4-6-50 (2:47) Brady Dalfrey punted for 32 yards. Cornelius Williams made a faircatch.

LSU Tigers at 6:46
1-10-LSU37 (6:46) Charles Scott rushed for 1 yard.
2-9-LSU38 (6:46) Jordan Jefferson rushed for 2 yards.
3-7-LSU40 (6:46) Jordan Jefferson passed incomplete to Richard Dickson.
4-7-LSU40 (5:59) Brady Dalfrey punted for 36 yards.

LSU Tigers at 4:02
1-10-LSU46 (3:53) Keiland Williams rushed for 2 yards.
2-8-LSU48 (3:10) Jordan Jefferson passed incomplete to Jared Mitchell.
3-8-LSU48 (2:45) Keiland Williams rushed for 10 yards.
1-10-TROY42 (1:58) Jordan Jefferson rushed for 2 yards.
2-8-TROY40 (1:25) Jordan Jefferson rushed for 1 yard.
3-7-TROY39 (1:25) Jordan Jefferson passed incomplete.
4-7-TROY39 (1:09) Jordan Jefferson passed incomplete to Terrance Toliver.

1-10-TROY33 (0:51) Jordan Jefferson rushed for 5 yards.
2-5-TROY28 (0:45) Jordan Jefferson rushed for 3 yards.
3-2-TROY25 (0:35) Charles Scott rushed for 1 yard.
4-1-TROY24 (0:03) Brady Dalfrey passed incomplete.

Fourth Quarter vs Troy
1-10-LSU30 (14:45) Jarrett Lee passed to Terrance Toliver for 33 yards.
1-10-TROY37 (14:25) Jarrett Lee passed to Brandon LaFell for 5 yards.
2-5-TROY33 (14:00) Touchdown. Jarrett Lee passed to Brandon LaFell for 33 yards.
TROY 31 LSU 17, Plays: 5 Yards: 85

TROY 31 LSU 27, Plays: 3 Yards: 57

1-15-TROY26 (6:34) Jarrett Lee passed to Brandon LaFell for 10 yards.
2-5-TROY15 (5:50) Jarrett Lee passed to Terrance Toliver for 11 yards.
