How many opening games have you been to in the last ten years? It's the same thing every year. There will probably be upwards of 100K people on campus for opening day, and only 93k fit in the stadium.

Every seat will be filled until about midway through the 3rd quarter, when the game is boring and obviously over.

Close score? yeah, ok...

Well, how many opening games have you been to at 4pm in fricking August against a d-1AA team? They'll announce 92,000 but there's no way we get more than 85K in there. A lot of old people and women/children will be sitting this one out I'm afraid.

Really not trying to be a jerk, but that's pathetic if you guys can't sell out App St. Nebraska's sold out every game since the 1960s (that includes their recent stretch of poor football), Michigan has more than 15,000 more seats than you do. They've sold out more than 100 straight games (going back at least 15 years). This includes their okay years as well. I'm virtually certain OSU (with nearly 10,000 more seats than TS) has sold out every game under Tress. You're the DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPS. Come on.

You have no idea how hot it is going to be for that APP. ST. game. BTW, we will probably sell it out, there will just be some people that won't go because of the conditions. I feel bad for the opposing fans in this, they really are getting a raw deal, I guess just so it can be on T.V.

LSU in August is Like Hell on Earth -

Bring your sunscreen and your gatorade
It can be really rough. At least at night it is cooler, but the ESPN/ABC turds wouldn't let us. Now we all have to roast in the 4PM sun. What a bum deal.
