My biggest issue is that it seems inefficient to me.
If you split up into at least a few groups who can do it at the same time, then fine. Maybe first team o line vs first team d line; RBs vs LBs, etc. all going at the same time, then there's maybe some value.
Otherwise, 70-80+ players are just standing there watching 2 guys work for a few seconds. The drill has potential benefit, but not when everyone else stands around. That seems a waste of practice time. And practice time is limited per NCAA rules.
