Tied for 5th with 5 teams, 4 teams had better records, 5 teams worse, middle of the pack. LSU should never settle for this in any sport.

This is what you anti Wade figs can't understand.
Wade cared so much about this apathetic dog shite basketball program and dog shite support for basketball administration that the fricking man literally paid HIS OWN money to recruits because he got zero help from boosters and the administration.
That is fricking dedication. Sure he got caught but he brought joy and passion and success we hadn't seen in LSU hoops in decades. Why do so many love him? Because most of us recognize passion and had a love for our beloved university and state. Yet Orgeron was praised for those things and Wade shite on for it
Dude used his own money and his wife's account to bring success to LSU. That is amazing and that is why many here will always love him.
