And of course they recognize Collis the racist at same game. He’s a true racist POS
Collis is not racist. Are you calling him a racist because he called out the shite he endured during his tenure as a player like this?
quote:
As LSU’s first black varsity basketball player, Collis Temple Jr. endured racist words from his first college coach, teammates, opposing fans and a young white nationalist named David Duke.
quote:
His playing days were filled with relentless taunting from several directions, Temple said. “I forgot my name was Collis,” he said. “I didn’t know if my name was, ‘Leroy,’ ‘coon,’ or ‘boy’ or ‘n—–.’"
Plus if he was racist, why would he let 2 of his kids go to the same university he experienced some of that shite?

None of the shite John Thompson and Collis Temple went through was "phantom racism".

What is the fascination with putting initials for everything? Just say Wade!
Yes.
I admit I often have trouble figuring out what someone is talking about because they use so many initials and abbreviations.

So he wanted to win?
I don’t follow the NBA, but my eyes aren’t closed.
Do you watch any NBA games?
Seems like there a more than a few white players that are very good.

He said what he said.
Paraphrasing....
If I coached a hockey team or a volleyball team I would have all white players.
This is a racist statement.
Implying that is why he wanted an all black basketball team.
Also racist.
And not a very good analogy either.
Take a look at the NBA...more than a few very good players that are not black.
