Started the tread because I thought it was interesting. I don't think we use the talent we have in the most creative ways we could. This could be because we are playing not to lose instead of playing to win alot of the time. I like Les and Rich and would be happy with either.

wow...you guys are idiots.

RRod is head and shoulders above Miles. He made a move to Mich just like many coaches would do. WVU made a huge stink out of it, hence the shitstorm that ensued. The situation could have been handled better on both sides.

RRod handed UGA their arse in Atlanta. He created a great program at WVU. They beat AU this year worse than we did with the system he put in place.

And what the hell right do we have to criticize Rod for losing against Pitt to blow the NC (with PW injured most of the game), when the backyard brawl is a much bigger rivalry than fricking LSU/Ark? Did Miles not blow our chance to go to the NC with our lackluster preparation and adjustments against an inferior Ark team? Last year was a fluke that we got in with 2 losses.

I would make a change with RRod in a heartbeat. Keep in mind, he's created a competitive program with mostly 2 and 3-star talent and a few 4-stars in the mix. I think he's a better coach than he's getting credit for.

I would love to see what he could do with Shep, JJ, RM, and some of the young talent coming in.

I would trade Miles for just about anyone; Rodriguez, any coach in the SEC, any coach in the ACC, surely any in the Big 12 or Big Ten.

Les sucks arse. Sorry arse stayed with that loser QB forever, publicly undermined Jordan Jefferson, and rarely has LSU ready to play.

Okay, so you now represent the lowest of the lowly LSU fans...

you are just typing crap out of the depths of your very bowels.

Just for one example, this team was up and ready to play #1 alabummer, and played way above themselves in that one game. Everyone is pissed that they weren't able to close it out, but no one is prepared to admit that we shouldn't have even pushed them as far as we did.

There ARE issues on the LSU team that need to be addressed, but Les Miles does not suck arse, and even though you probably have a lot more experience to speak of in that area than I do, I respectfully disagree.

Oh.. and I would not trade Les for R Rod. (loser/ self important arse) OR the Nuttster ( frick happy penis pusher)

Ask the Michigan folks if they would trade RR for Les, and they would in a heartbeat.

well, when LSU sinks even lower next year and RRod and Nutt's programs are on the rise, then maybe you'll jump ship.

keep in mind, our program was driven into the ground this year. who get's the blame? I for one don't blame players. Not that it matters, but we were prepared to lose games this year, but I expected us to be competitive. We've been embarassed on national TV...and we have one more CBS game coming. We've made teams look like superstars. Start naming some teams in the top 25 you think we could beat. Obviously the college football experts thought we'd beat some teams with our talent. We were the preseason #6...now unranked and threatening to sink further.

I blame el jefe. The buck stops there.

good. I honestly think each coach would do better in the other's shoes. I think Miles would fit in better up there and possibly win some games. Do y'all honestly think he could build a top program like coaches like Saban, Stoops, Rod, Spurrier? In my humble opinion...I just don't think so. Maybe I'm wrong.

And there you have the difference between thee and me...

I have/will NEVER jump ship. I am LSU, born and bred. I feel like LSU needs me, you feel like you need LSU!

do I WANT to win? Sure!

Do we need some changes on defense? YES

Does the QB situation need time and attention? you bet cha!

Will MOMMA jump ship? NEVER!!

I could have sworn Michigan beat the dog crap out of UF in the Capital One Bowl last year (the best non-BCS bowl there is).

Much of Michigan's team that beat Florida is in the NFL including the number 1 pick in the draft, RB, 2 WR, QB, etc etc etc.

That being said Rich Rod has stunk this year. When you win 3 games and you're playing Big 10 teams... yikes.

Miles is having a rough year but Rich Rod has shocked me with how badly he's done.
