What field are you in, what’s in the job description that sets you apart so much that you made the cut? Talk that shite up on steroids and talk confidently that you’ll crush it for them. Give them what they want back in words.

I’m nearly 60 and have been through this a few times. A short, confident, decisive, energetic call of 5-10 minutes would put you over the top if you’re one of 2-3 finalists. Talk like you own it and that they need you, but in a very humble but confident way. It’s a delicate line to walk but know you can do it.

Been working in a much more complex field that would be asked of me. Don't want to get into the details for personal reasons. I don't apply for jobs I don't think I'm capable of doing (the spray and pray method)

If it works out then great if it doesn't I still have a solid job (not OT baller level)

I only want it from a work life balance and there seems to be some long term future with it

Good luck Man. If it's met to be then it will happen. At this point sounds like you made a great impression . If that's not enough then so be it.
