This target would be such a let down given the hold time. 6-7 years and 4-5x is a trash return. That would be right around S&P ROI over the same period, not to mention the $150m raise those folks wouldn’t see 3x roi.

I bought into a small position when it tanked to sub $5 back in December. I've been averaging up a little since the settlement announcement but this thing has rug pulled too many times to feel like it is a sure bet, even now when it looks like all the stars have aligned.

A 5x return would be great for me as a quick flip but that's frustrating as hell for the OGs who've been waiting for years.

Average of 10.23 now.
I'd be happy with 25.

150% is much high than S&P since 2017.
Nearly double:

If you invested $100 in the S&P 500 at the beginning of 2017, you would have about $183.23 at the end of 2022, assuming you reinvested all dividends. This is a return on investment of 83.23%, or 10.94% per year.

I'll take doubling the S&P for the past six years and the next six years...

I'd take $25. 30+ would be better but $25 makes me pretty happy

AUPH will get just shy of $3mn from Sun.

Sun will get a license for Cequa in the US.

No mention of ongoing royalties.

Each party agrees to drop suits and not sue.

Settlement is expressly assignable in a merger, acquisition, etc.

thought this was pretty interesting from reddit. this is unconfirmed but supposedly these are the terms with sun.

There are a number of things that are perplexing.

Like you said, why settle at all if we had such a home run case that could have been established in court a few short months from now. And for just $3 million?

Why report early unaudited numbers? Peter has never done this before...

I'm leaning toward a relatively lean buyout before Q1 earnings. $22

27 if this thing pegs at 9 for another week
Just my thoughts based on price action.

This thing was over 12 very securely before the lawsuit.

No reason to rush ending a lawsuit you have I
Upper hand on when you can win for significantly more damages.

Clock is ticking though. BO this year or they need to commit to GIA and new drug development

In again? Or first time. Sorry, it’s a long thread.

For everyone: I LOVE MIRM. If I weren’t married to AUPH for six years I’d dump her for MIRM.

As of now I have just 50 shares @ 18.25.
Really low float and a great sales ramp on a recently approved drug.
Made 74 million in its first year compared to 45 with AUPH.

95% institutionally owned. Just 36 million shares outstanding
Huge takeout candidate.

I liked ALBO more but it got taken out for cheap before sales could get rolling.

I'm in again for $85,000. This is it I think. Either way, it gets to 12, stalls I still clear 30K

Somehow I've already made like $5,500 on this. It seems parked in the low $9. Maybe it really is headed for a buyout?

Then again, this stock has been a long con. I've been following this thread for years and years.

Very good number from January.
If you believe in manipulation, it's happening.
Stuck at $9 no matter what good may come.

I believe if i throw another dollarat this thing it'll plummet back to pre lawsuit valuation. Anyone looking for a buying opportunity? Thinking about DCAing

Often times there are a lot of rapid fire sells of 100 or so shares at a time, which keep the price down.

Generally speaking we've seen roughly 25 million shares traded during the last eight days as the price per share hardly moves. It seems to me that it is intentionally supressed.

It is being pegged either for option grants or because a buyout is done

35m+ revenue would cause an explosion.
I’d love to see them try to hold it down.

They reported grants for 7 employees today.
