They reported grants for 7 employees today.
Only 70k shares for employees hired at the end of 2022. Basically nothing…

Will Peter grant a sizable number to himself yet again? Will the board allow it? That’s the big question.

Do you have a target price or will you grow old with the rest of us waiting on a buyout?

I think we see an options grant again before buyout to the key leaders of the company. I wouldn't puke at it right away, but if no BO shortly after, I'd consider selling off

9,683 @ $8.85. I'm pretty confident this thing sees $12.00 in 6 months if no buyout. That's my horizon and exit point. I don't see enough to sustain this thing above $15 in near term.

Sounds like analysts are putting a $12 tag on the stock.

LINK

they are supposed to come out with 4th quarter earnings today, i believe.

I try to avoid getting stock news anywhere i need a popup blocker at.

But $12 seems fair with dilution to pre legal trouble prices.

Idk if there is such a thing. I'm continuing to be tempted but also saving to buy a house and not looking to throw more away here.

Fundamentally yes.

We're essentially in a trading range right now.
I say that because it bounced off the 50 day MA hard and fast ($7.55).

7.60 to 7.90 seems to be a loading zone as long as 7.55 holds, but we're talking short term.

The 2/28 Earnings Report should move the stock one way or the other. So you might want to wait until then to see what it does.

Any questions about the company or drug, I'll try to answer

Also, I'm looking for a nice bounce soon with this cup and handle formation. Again, these are just technicals.

I hold $8 calls for this reason.

Are we still expecting good results this quarter. I think scripts were looking good previously?

That chart is scary if the earnings miss that chart has a good chance to go back below 5 again.

If the Bloomberg terminal can be trusted, scripts are hitting new ATH every week lately.

I'm gonna be stuck in this crap for a long time aren't I? Does nobody want to buy the company?

I think there are probably five companies interested in buying. Afraid that none are currently willing to give more than about 2.5 bn for it, and Peter wants more like 4.5

He should have sold in 2021 for $35 but at the time he wanted $50.
To be fair, analysts were saying $48-53 too…

Interested parties in order of likelihood:
BMY, PFE, GSK, NVS, JNJ
Darkhorses: Roche or Abbvie
