prolly not a good idea to post the wife's number.

my .02, BR, Laffy, Nola, LC, and Houma are all in the top 10 nationally for lowest unemployment rates. Home prices arent going to drop like the rest of the country.

Most of her clients are buyers, and they do not pay the commissions. These are paid by the seller, usually 6%. The buyers agent and the sellers agent each get half of the commission and have to split that with the broker. They don't make nearly as much as you think.

I think he is just trying to help. She is in the business of selling homes so the more people she can help the better.

Yeah, because realtor's are really stingy about giving out their numbers.

my maw maw lives there. And its not full on ghetto, but its getting close. Of course, I live in denver, so my opinion might be skewed. But when I was there last year, I was shocked.

I tend to avoid the OT. I don't give a shite what Picc is up too and and know how to use google so I don't need TH's nudes.

Realtors put their phone numbers on signs in front of houses, websites, and bill boards. I really don't think posting it on a message board is a security threat.

Maybe I should clarify:

When I say "not ghetto" I mean you won't be living next to Big Rims and Thugs.

There are black, hispanic, and asian people there, but in a city where those races are over 50% of the population, that should be expected.

Some of the neighborhoods around it are getting more ghettoish, but I can't think of anyplace in this city where you aren't one or two neighborhoods from ghetto.
