Simplistically speaking… as far as the commercial sector they have a duopoly on aircraft with airbus. Airlines have to replace their aging fleets and they have to go to one of those two to do it. They appear to have turned the corner on the max issues which was one of the biggest reasons for the large selloff. They will reinstate the dividend at some point in the not to distant future. Not sure what analysts your referring to but that wouldn’t surprise me.
