Coffee Dump is trying to take advantage of people. Some of you may say, he makes offer and people can decline, but I am sure he is doing a ton of pitching (info from katrina and print offs with 'estimates' of depreciation, so he looks like the guy 'trying to help') to get people to bite as his scam. If he wasnt trying to take advantage of people, he would not being buying a week after some of these peoples lost vehicles, personal contents, and ripping out their belongings out of their own home. Pretty sick IMO

He said
So you're going to take the house out from under an elderly person who hasn't paid a note in years, and stick them in one of your rentals.
That's pretty predatory.

So when should he make his pitch, two weeks after the flood, two months, two years? He is trying to help, he is willing to risk his money on a house of literally unknown market value in the hope he can make a profit in the long term, if there are other investors lined up with better offers the owners can obviously accept one of those.

The great thing about it this is a free country, go make them a much better offer and help them out.
Get off your high horse, everyone's situation is different and some may want or need this.
