Cup and handle forming on the day

I bought a small number of shares (70) today at $32.79 I would've bought more, but most of my money was lost on the previous FOMO event.

So do your own dd, not investing advice etc... but there seems to be an arbitrage situation here.
The warrants are floating in the low 1's. They are exercisable at $11.50 into one share.
Now they are trading at a massive discount to intrinsic because they are not exercisable yet. They become exercisable, I believe, 30 days after the merger (around Aug 22).
Looking at Sept puts, the $40 puts are selling at $22.50 and the $45 puts are selling around $26.50... so the spreads between cost and put value are $17-18.
Buying a warrant at $1.30ish plus $11.50 when you exercise gives a cost basis of $12.80.
The combination of these seems to lock in a worse case return of $4.20 (put spread less warrant cost). Upside beyond this is price plummets (puts) or skyrockets (warrants upon exercise).
A little clunky given the exercise process and you have to tie up some capital but appears to be a minimum 10-12%ish return for a month play.
If anyone sees a hole in this please ruin my day lol
