It drove my family into bankruptcy 10 or so years ago.

I know new legislation was passed and went into effect earlier this year keeping medical collections off of credit reports, but I read that was only for bills under a certain amount.

My kids medical history fricked my family’s finances for a LONG time and I refuse to allow it to do the same to him.

He’s got 750+ credit and I’ll die on a hill to keep it that way.

Lol. If he had an advantage plan they would not approve the treatment and he would not get the infusion. Stay away from those plans.
