NORC Federal Reserve Survey

Is anyone familiar with this program? Apparently, I have been randomly selected to participate, and let's just say I am suspicious of this program and their goals. Originally told the lady I'd think about it and sent her on her way. But they keep coming back to give me the hard sell, including offering me $500 to participate. I've done some digging on the program and, independent of whatever their political goals may be, it seems "legit."
On the one hand, my personal financial information is worth more to me than $500. On the other, I'm guessing the gub'ment has access to any information I would provide already anyway.
Wondering if any of you have experience with this program or insight into what this is all about. I've included the NORC and Fed explanations of the program for anyone curious. TIA
