ok, I've been in the game about a month. over 200% gains since I first got in. I am still having trouble getting a grasp on the pricing. I want to look at USD but I am doing all my buying and selling with Eth and Btc as my base.
So say I buy a few alts with eth, and a few with BTC, the USD price goes up, but that doesn't necessarily mean I have increased my position if I sell back to eth cause Eth could have gone up the same percent. I may actually be decreasing my eth.
What's the best way to keep up with your cost basis and prices according to all 3 means???? It may be good to buy in Eth and sell later to BTC depending on the values. Having something other than USD just adds another moving part to the formula Im having trouble tracking.

A spreadsheet would be the easiest way to keep a running total with converting to USD using the current market pricing. I have one set up.

Questions for the alt guys...
I was finally able to register with Binance last night. Also registered with LiveCoin.
I'm about to dip my toes into the alt waters, but I need to know what to do with the coins once I buy them.
Where do you keep your alts (online wallet, on the exchange, etc.)? Is there fees to transfer your coins to a wallet? What's the best online wallet? Or do you have to use different wallets for different alts?
Right now all of my crypto is in BTC and ETH on CoinBase. Should I be looking to move those off there?

If it's a long hold for you I would move them into wallets but if you are day trading them then I just leave mine on Binance

TRX dropping hard. Their white paper apparently mimicked another one; so a lot of drop because of that

I’m just going to hold on TRX.
I’m not saying there may or may not be red flags...but I think it shooting up like a rocket brought out a whole bunch of people ready to shite talk Justin Sun and the coin.
