Sold our cond in Gulf Shores…looking to invest most of it but will be using some of it to renovate our camp. No timeline for the start of renovation so we want to yield a decent APR but still write checks. I am seeing some “online“ banks with APR‘s at 4.5 - 5%. Banks like UFB Direct or CFG Community Bank. Anyone have any experience with these types of banks? What about any other ideas or accounts to earn a decent APR but still be somewhat liquid?
