Is it possible to obtain with a bad credit. Had to take credit cards out to help pay for some hardship due to 2 years of in and out of surgeries. Finally on my feet “literally”. I’m going through a local insurance agency, was denied today on the first underwriter and sending my info to others tomorrow. Thanks

Not sure who you're going through, but the SBA does have a program that's pretty lenient on qualifying from what I've been told. Could be wrong, but might be worth checking out. SBA Surety Info Link

partly depends on size of the bond. how bad your financial info is. There's some bond brokers more aggressive than others, but the cost can be substantially higher.
