This is a glorified loop hole to sports gambling but if it's controlled by the trade commission then wouldn't every "win" trigger a tax?

I did one for $5 on whether the Fed would drop the rate in the month of July. I lost.

I really don’t understand why Robinhood is promoting gambling in their investment app. I know they’re credible as an investing platform but seems like it promotes the wrong ideas.
