What's the boards opinion on STR's in BR? I know BR draws a bunch of people year round, but also know crime is getting worse and traffic sucks so curious to get thoughts?
My target area would be Southdowns/Lakes area. Any others that I'm not thinking of?
Thanks for the help!

Do people go there for anything besides the 9 or so LSU home game weekends?

furnished, short term rentals aren't easy. Or inexpensive in BR.
Plenty of filmmakers come through and i'm sure many other fields we don't know about.

Surprisingly profitable. It’s a decent market. I am, however, worried about the growing support for the Str ban bill.

Had a producer pal of a tier zero book a house for he, his writer/director, UPM, and actor off of South Park some years back. Lots of short term rents available in that hood.
