Gold is on a heater too. Which is great, but I'd really like that ratio to come down a bit though.

If I had something specific in mind there’s a good chance that’s exactly what I’d do. Actually I do have something in mind but I’m probably 3-4 years away from it financially.

I honestly didn’t know that existed but I see some promos now. Damn I probably would have done that a couple months ago when I started stacking physical metals hard. I also have the assets to sell/pay for it but a free 18 month loan in this environment?!
Damn I just thought of the perfect use. I sold DEEP in the money covered calls on something 6 months ago. The calls expire in 1 year so they won't get executed until that time. That's a perfect way to bridge that time period and access that money if I find the right asset.
