I've been kinda surprised not even one nonprofit or investor advocate has seriously lobbied for criminal penalties for negligent board members (in this case obviously allowing substantial bonuses to executives of a business going bankrupt but in other cases for giving massive bonuses for mediocre results).
I guess there's just not been enough focused attention by investors to get something done. That or executives with too much influence over politicians.

I don’t believe you could make a criminal case...what’s more likely and common are derivative lawsuits - civil suits seeking to reverse Corp decisions, collect damages.

Is skills a guy or a girl in your opinion? I’ve argued his sense of humor is too gen x dude to be a girl. Plus he’s an IB analyst which is about 99.9% bro.

I heard a rumor he’s an ex TPH equity research / IB guy in his mid 30s.
