All I'm going on is the Blackhawks are red hot, and I took the Ducks because they are 7-1-1 on the road (Kings are 3-1-1 at home but are probably an inferior team). Who wants to have a bet thread contest?
freesportsbet.com gives you $1 to start with (for free) and if you lose it all they give you $.50 back to start over with. You have to reach $200 to be able to cash out with real money (they'll pay you 50% of your balance). 99.99% chance you don't make it, but it's a free form of entertainment (kind of like ESPN's streak for the cash). We could see who can get their balance the highest. And if there's any lurkers afraid to put real money on the line, this could be a way to play for fun.
Anyways, I'm starting tonight with $1.00 (haven't decided what I'm gonna put it on yet). My display name is "maclauer" if anyone wants to add me.

What I did with my $1 (they wouldn't let me do the first parlay for more than 87 cents because I don't think you can win more than $20 at once). My strategy: hit a ridiculous parlay to get me a little somethin to work with, then play it normally.
