Seems like the fanfare for Rafa in Paris has been pretty over-the-top this year. I get the sense more than a few people there think this might be his last one.

Musetti takes a long first set from Tsitsipas 7-5.

I saw bits of that. He is like an artist out there with this elegant game. I should have bet this match at +700 or whatever it was. Oh boy, up two breaks in the second.

Tsitsipas dug deep, but it took some creativity and clutch play there from Musetti to close it. Tsitsipas is till -115 to win the match.

If Musetti can hold on (big if), that bottom half will really be a wasteland. Not even sure who I would consider to be the favorite out of that side after that, maybe Ruud or Sinner.

That Busta score is even more surprising. I remember when Simon went 5 sets with Novak at AO and Novak had 100+ unforced errors. This is not the same Simon though. This version lost to a guy ranked 1768 in AO qualies a few months ago.

Yeah Tsitsipas about to even this thing at 2 sets. I wonder if Musetti can dig deep and find anything left, or if this will be a repeat of last year against Novak.

One thing I hate/respect about Shitpants is that MF is relentless. I wish he would just go away but he never does. You have to kill him multiple times.
