FSNSW is replaying "Fedor: the baddest man on the planet" at 11:00 pm on ch 38. My DVR fricked up the first go round, so I am going to catch it in a minute.

For anyone else that missed it and wants to watch it, it is on youtube in 6 parts without the commercials. Very good documentary. By far the most in depth look at Fedor so far and there is a good article on fiveounncesofpain.com also.

I've been hearing for years about AA being a Sambo specialist. Yet most of his fights in the last couple of years have been more of a stand up battle. Compared to Fedor, what level of Sambo is he on. Boxing wise, I think Andre has an edge.

Fedor's sambo >>> AA's sambo

I was wondering if anybody else had noticed Sokoudjou on the card. And what's this about Kyle Bradley?

Kbeezy on here, Kyle Bradley in the octagon will be fighting Phillipe Nover (from "the ultimate fighter", the guy everyone thought would win, but lost in the finals) on one of the upcoming UFC PPVs.

Damn. Didn't know that. They are definitely not throwing any scrubs Kyle's way.

Anyways....

Not to ignore the rest of the card, but what are the chances Arvloski beats Fedor? If anyone matches up with Fedor at this point in time, it is Arvloski more so that anyone else. So what do you guys think? What are his chances (Arvloski)?

Fedor has beaten Cro Cop and Randleman as the two biggest most athletic guys he has faced (along with a juiced up Arona). They did not have Arvloski's takedown defense and sambo skill. Styles make fights. Arvloski has the same sambo background as Fedor (though not as skilled). He is at least as good a striker (probably better) - though not as unorthodox.

Personally, I see him as the biggest challenge to Fedor in MMA at this time (maybe Lesnar in 2 years). I will say I am pulling for Fedor and say Fedor by submission in the 2nd or 3rd, but Arvloski is the biggest challenge he has seen in a long, long time. If I had to make a call, I say Fedor at 2/1 odds and that is saying a lot for the Pitbull (Vegas says almost 4/1).

I wish we could see Fedor vs Lesnar right now. I really think Fedor would win by sub, but Lesnar would more then hold his own up until that point.

Has Horodecki done anything since he left the IFL? They always praised him so much on their events and it seemed like he had some really good striking, but didn't look to get tested much by anyone that was better all around. Isn't he under 20 years old?
