i once heard that if you were overweight in russia it was considered a sign of wealth.
considering the guy runs 5 miles everyday in the snow in russia and trains 3 times a day 6 days a week, you would think hed be more toned. he must eat whatever he wants.

definitely true in some of the African countries, and even europe in long ago days. You had to be rich to able to overeat and underwork.

he does have a good tan.
did yall see the show about him where after he trains he goes to a bath house and and uses like palms or something to help get the lactic acid out.

This was a very common way of thinking across a lot of Europe in the early 20th century and probably still exists today in certain parts.

Both look pretty much the same as always. Actually, I think Arvlovski looks a bit more pumped in the arms and shoulders, but as lean as always. Fedor looks the same. His arms may be a little fulller looking than usually (i.e bigger), but basically his usual fighting shape and weight.
