Orlando: Orange County National

- highly recommended

Port St. Lucie, FL PGA Reserve

Brooksville, FL - World Woods

Georiga: Sea Island Seaside Course

(geographically GA isn't a gulf state but I'm sure that wouldn't distract from the great course noted)

Hate this golf course, both of them. Nice practice area though

I've only played it once as a junior...seemed like a nice layout.

Barton Creek is great and all inclusive but a drive to Austin..on the Panhandle Camp Creek is awesome and well maintained, challenging for all levels and Destin is nearby or you can stay in Seaside/Watercolor and meet plenty of girls there..on a side note headed with a group of 12 to Sawgrass and then Sea Island in August..should be sweet

I found both courses to be just awful, besides the fact it was in December, and the weather would go from 80 one day to 40 the next.

It was just hit driver as hard as you can, hit 5 iron as hard as you can
