They are good people, one of the reasons they are easy to get along with is they don't take sports nearly as serious as some fans do in this country (like in the south).

absolutely. most of seattle had no idea who LSU was.

although i did get a nasty little fan bitching about calls saying "Espn wants the sec team to win." funny at first, then annoying as the game wore on.

yep..........there is always some in every fanbase. Like I said before, if we were a pac ten team it wouldn't have been as friendly to a degree from more of them. Especially a certain few......

I've always thought Kenan Stadium was a great setting:

And it will be nicer with the new addition:

it looked like complete shite before they added the exterior to it

+1000 It was a frikin' dump before the exterior was added. Saw it in person for the Fla FSU game in '87 and it was a POS.

True. It is a heaping pile of ugly steel; looks like an industrial plant. Moreover, some of the seating in there could not be tighter or crappier.

Is it true that Neyland is getting a facelift by bricking the exterior and that capacity is being slightly reduced by making some of the seating more roomy?

And for Alabama fans to even suggest their place...please.

Bryant Denny looks a lot better since they added the North Endzone and plaza on a couple of years ago. And it will look a lot better once they finish the South Endzone. They are trying to add brickwork and stone to the stadium to match the buildings on the campus, like Denny Chimes.

Here are some unusual but pretty photos taken of Bryant Denny Stadium....

BD at night before the work on the South Endzone began.

This one is taken from the front steps of the North Endzone looking out at the Plaza and some Frat houses.

Bryant-Denny has come a long way the past couple of years. It gets a little better each time I visit.

Not saying it is terrible. Just not close to one of the best looking.

In the SEC Bryant Denny, Samford and Renyold Razorback are all very nice. LSU needs to do some Tiger Stadium upgrading soon. I can't wait till they start the north stadium project. It is badly needed.

That first one of BD looks like something from a sci-fi movie.

Neyland is getting a 250 million dollar renovation. The exterior is getting bricked up, the west side is getting a big arse glass looking exterior with "NEYLAND STADIUM" on it, all the corridors and stuff are redone, new brick team entrance tunnel and brick wall around the field, and a plaza/ampitheathre outside the stadium with Neyland Statue.

And the capacity is down to around 101k because of club/luxury seating, not because the seats are getting bigger in general.
