pj you can't just become amazing at midrange shooting, 3 point shooting, defense, posting up, etc in 1 offseason

He's been in the league for 8 years now. He has little to no improvement in these areas.

What's your fanboy excuse now? The elbow cancer? I'm sure you'll just blame his teammates in Cleveland despite them being good enough for him to win 130ish games with his last two seasons there.

more limited player than lebron with similar/bigger faults in the same areas. he's like rose

defense, passing, driving. melo has a great individual offensive arsenal but is weak everywhere else other than rebounding

I'm guessing you are just a blind fanboy so our discussion ends here as you've demonstrated time and time again from what I've seen in your posts that you always come in with preconceived notions and never actually listen to logic, especially if it disproves your egotistically conceived beliefs.

wade still unable to shoot well from outside consistently?

again.. What?????

there are very few totally/complete players in the NBA

And Lebron ISN'T one of them. He is gifted, But not elite. Nowhere neear a MJ type player. Bottom Line RIGHT NOW its Wade >>>>>>>>>>>> Bron.

why do you keep arguing with statistical proof?

and you say i'm being closed-minded and coming into the argument with preconceived notions, but you ignore reality

pj go look up the stats

wade is a premier driver and drive/dish guy who struggles to be consistent from the outside

its Wade >>>>>>>>>>>> Bron.

which areas make wade the better player?

lebron is a better outside shooter, midrange shooter, and defender. i'll say they're even in driving just to avoid the argument. so what is wade doing so much better than lebron?

You didn't read this thread then. I was the first person to use actual statistics to support any kind of argument in this thread, and I'm still the only person to post a link. My posts have been more substantive than your mini-novellas full of idiocy

frick the stats. Bron in the playoffs choked teh last two years. Wade carried the Team to the finals and help them way more in the Finals than Bron did.

lebron is a better outside shooter, midrange shooter, and defender

I will give you defender and thats it.

Lebron actually carried them to the finals, although Wade was better once they got there

in the finals maybe. wade sucked in the ECF and lebron was going apeshit on the bulls on both sides of the court

Howard is more dominant at his position and in his area of play than LeBron and it's not even close.

Paul

no argument, but his body is breaking down

It's been "breaking down" for 3-4 years now. He's still in the league.

quote:

Kobe

same as paul, but his midrange game and "clutch" mythology were always overrated

Not really. There is more to clutch than just hitting the final shot.

quote:

Rose

not good at individual defense. can't shoot for shite consistently outside. he's basically a more limited version of lebron who is much more inconsistent

Rose is one of the top 5 defensive points in the league and gets no credit for it. You tout LeBron's great perimeter play yet ignore the fact that Rose is a BETTER perimeter player. Don't give me that ECF comeback either unless you are stupid enough to believe that Rose had an equal amount of help that LeBron did - in which case you are continuing as a full blown retard.

quote:

Dirk

defense, defense, defense

I don't recall Bosh lighting him up in the Finals. I don't recall Gasol lighting him up in the 2nd round. Hell he even held his own against Alridge in the first round.

quote:

Rondo

dude can't shoot for shite

He's 8 inches shorter and weighs 90-100 less than LeBron is nearly as good of a rebounder. He's the best perimeter defender in the league PERIOD. So what if he can't hit a three? He doesn't take many anyways. He's smart enough to differ to Ray Allen for that.

quote:

Carmelo

defense, passing, driving. melo has a great individual offensive arsenal but is weak everywhere else other than rebounding

quote:

26.0 points in the Finals > 17.8 in the Finals.

Game. Set. Match. frick off.

He's been receiving NBA coaching for 8 years. What's stopped him from reaching out to receive more training/coaching?

He has no one to blame but himself.

How is Rose a better perimeter player? His inferior shooting? He's a PG who can't pass or shoot as well as Lebron.

He's the best perimeter defender in the league PERIOD.

Rondo is not the best perimeter defender in the NBA.

more dominant b/c he's the only guy to compare himself with

and not nearly the same player, and his inability to drive takes away from his "complete" game

based on what, exactly?

rose had a better 7-8 man rotation than lebron. lebron had the 2 best helpers

irrelevant

So what if he can't hit a three?

he can't even hit FTs

great sample size

Its LeBron easily. Put aside your bias hate, and forget about "the decision" and this will be easy for you to understand.

I hate LeBron and Kobe, so don't call me biased.
