You said its been time since Katrina. Just admit it, that was pretty dumb. They went to Regionals in 06 and 08 missed in 07. Would have been dumb to fire him then, even with the negative impacts of Katrina he'd only missed postseason once.

The program has been on the decline, no doubt. Saying he should have been fired after Katrina is a lot different than saying he should have been fired/retire shortly after Katrina. The program was doing fine until about 2009.
