I can't believe this cardinals team is in the WS. The NL sucked this year. Way to go Philly.

It scares me to predict series that my team is in, so I will abstain.

However, in my opinion, I'll give a slight edge to the Ranger bats, an edge to Cards' starters (especially after the Rangers starters have won ONE game in the postseason, I'm pretty sure), and the edge to the Rangers' BP. That is, of course, barring any managerial snafus by Ron, like using the entire bullpen in one game.

I predict awful ratings.

I kinda have to agree with this since tv's darlings( yanks, red sox, cubs) aint playing in the series. But Cardinals in 7, great back and forth series.

doesn't bode well for Texas.. especially not having home field advantage.

so? those cities still have millions and millions of people in them. maybe if they would watch teams other than their own the ratings wouldn't be down. but they're not BASEBALL fans. such a shame.

But when both games were played on the same day the Cardinals got the primetime slot. Someone named Albert probably had a lot to do with that.

My pick--Rangers in 6, g/f has a complete meltdown (I've turned her into a Rangers fan, but she's originally from STL, so now she can't decide which team to support). Series MVP is hitting coach Scott Coolbaugh who may have gotten Michael Young back on track.

I don't live in the Dallas area anymore, so it's tough to have time to pick up 1310. We do get some Rangers-biased networks down here in ATX though.

I think the Rangers steal one of the first two in STL.

My question is... Do you start Colby in Game 2 instead of game 3, since it's on the road?

Game 2...and you push Holland back to Game 3.

I like the Rangers in 6. I think they are a better team, overall. However, as we all know, the game is not played on paper.
