The cavs players aren't holding a grudge. They are setting a good example that their whiny fans should consider following.

Scott is doing a good job not overplaying this. Treating it like just another game is the way to go.
You don't want your players getting caught up in all the bullshite. The minute they do, they're down by 40 instead of 20.

What is he doing wrong. He's not out breaking laws, plays hard, don't hear of any off court bad behavior, he don't hang out with thugs, donate LOTS of money and do charitable work for communities. Hell I like Lebron for that shite.
