I plan on coming back to lafayette for thanksgiving this week and i was wondering if one of ya'll could help me out concerning attending the central game in baton rouge this friday. I could mapquest it but does central have an on-campus field? If not where is it? Im not sure i know some schools use olympia stadium though. Any info would be a great help and i look forward to seeing central put up a hell of a fight against my wreckin rams.

Central's Stadium is at the corner of Hooper and Sullivan, which actually Central Middle School.

When you cross the River go North on I-110 to Metro Airport exit. Turn right and do not turn until you get to the Stadium..........about 7-10 miles.

If Central can stop the run like they have done the last 5 or 6 games they should be able to pull it out in the 4th qtr. Plus being at home and having the crowd will help, I've been to 3 home games and it's a fun place to watch a game. It should be worth watching. Being from Denham and a rival I have no problem saying Go Cats.

Same here. Hooper Rd. and Sullivan Rd. are going to be ridiculous a couple of hours before gametime.

Additional Parking can be had in the Pat's Homebuilder lot (just past Circle K on the left), catty corner from the School. Its a small walk but will save you some serious time after the game. It is safe also...........

Yea I would definitely recommend parking at pats, you will probably get out alot quicker than parking at the school. Tree, I havent been out to the stadium in awhile...have they done any renovations to either sides lately?

Sorry for being dumb, but I don't go to the hometown much anymore. Is Pats kind of like where the old TG&Y was?
