Anyone looking for the Pitt offense to explode against Skip's D is a damn fool. End of story.

I have a bad feeling about this game honestly (im on USF) but its just because Pitt is the home team. USF is a much better team they will have to lay an egg for pitt to win this game

yeah im not completely confident but like you said if they come out and play their game, they will win.. USF has much to play for this season. Pitt not so much

if you think Pitt is going to be playing for the big east title this year then

kentucky has as much to play for this weekend vs LSU.. you know the sec championship is up for grabs and all

pitt is probably the second/third best team in the BE, but they still are going to be up for this game regardless of their talent level.

phil steele predicted them to win the conference (fwiw).

pretty weak analogy. lsu is favored by 30 and kentucky has no chance at the SEC title. USF, on the other hand, is only favored by a FG.

before or after them sucking?

Pitt to win the big east pre-season doesn't sound bad. big school big name, but do you think the steele fellow would still pick them?

got to admit it really was a weak analogy

just trying to get the point across that pitt is not winning the big east

don't you feel like USF is on the verge of breaking down that wall and becoming a force in the big east? they have had talent in the past no doubt but now they have the coaching to go along with that talent. its only a matter of time now

they've lost two games by less than 7 points TOTAL.

they were up on iowa by three touchdowns and ended up losing in the 4th.

i agree, they are not an *elite* team, but they are not as bad as you are making them out to be either...

thats where i realized they were not going to do much this season. Iowa is not very good this year and will be 4 or 5th in the big 10 at best. imo

Notre Dame is bad, they played awful this weekend against pitt.. that game was hard to watch
