As much as a dumpster fire we've been this decade FSU is only 1 game better overall under Norvell.

Refs blow a whistle mid-play as the ball was in the air for no reason in the Miami-VT game. Maybe he thought the QB's knee was down but it wasn't. Erases a third-down conversion.
